What You Do On The Athlete's Protocol
 
 
 
The Athlete's Protocol can be implemented in stages. However, from our thirty years of experience, we believe it is imperative that you do the first five actions of The Protocol to see immediate and phenomenal results.
 
 
After every product starting with # 5, we include a FREE (does not cost anything) or SEMI-FREE (costs little) action that you should incorporate into your daily routine and lifestyle to fine-tune and improve your athletic performance and health. Some of these actions may seem unimportant to you. Try them and see the difference they make in your well-being and performance.
 
Remember, according to how the body was designed and how it functions optimally, we believe it is imperative that you do the first five actions as the foundation to The Protocol.
 
Unless you do these five things, whatever else you do to 'fine-tune' your body, will not be as effective. Building upon the foundation of these first five actions creates an environment inside your body and brain that is conducive to you moving forward with solid gains in health, strength, and ability.
 
Many athletes discover that when they stop using their former "supplements" and simply adhere to The Athlete's Protocol regimen, they have remarkable gains. You can also save a small fortune.
 
 
#1 The Most Important Action
  zDrink Ionized Alkaline Water
   
  Drink a minimum of 8 to 12 (or more) glasses of alkaline water from The Protocol's Water Ionizer daily. Between meals, never during meals. You may drink the water up to one half hour before a meal. Drink nothing until at least one hour after the meal is finished.
   
  First thing in the morning upon arising, drink two glasses of ionized water
immediately. A half a gallon to a gallon per day is ideal.
   
  This addresses each of the seven internal environments. Drinking Ionized Water very effectively (1) alkalizes and (2) hydrates your body. It is an efficient way to (3) detoxify and (4) oxygenate your body. It is the only way to rapidly hydrate your (5) lymph so you can stimulate it properly. It is productive at keeping your body in a proper (6) electrical construct. In addition, drinking Ionized Water lowers the lymph fluid to near 45 dynes so that (7) nutrients can readily be fed to your cells.
   
  Also worth noting, is the incredible antioxidant effect. Millions of hydroxyl ions per glass of Ionized Alkaline Water neutralizes the damaging free-radicals that are created by all athletes during intense exercise.
   
  Lactic acid build up is also effectively flushed out of the body.
   
#2 The Second Most Important Action
   zTake Royal Velvet
   
  Take a minimum of nine sprays of Royal Velvet daily. 12 to 15 sprays are optimal.

#6 The Sixth Most Important Action

4-16-8 breathing is simple. 1) Breathe in to the count of four. 2) Hold that breath to the count of 16. 3) Exhale to the count of 8. (Keep pushing the air out of your lungs to the full count of 8.) Do this 5 times in a row. It is called a 4-16-8 breathing session.
 
4-16-8 breathing helps oxygenate your entire body, brain, and cells. It very effectively eliminates carbon dioxide. (Which is a problem for everyone because of shallow breathing.) It helps to bring your oxygen/hydrogen ratio to the correct balance. Your energy levels will go up, headaches will decrease, sleep time will be better, and your aches and pains may diminish, at least slightly. Moreover, it is free!
 
   
#7 The Seventh Most Important Action
  Strengthen Respiratory/Lung Function with
  zBreathe!
   
  One of the human body's eleven major systems, the respiratory system is vital for any athlete to perform optimally. When athletes have chosen to do all they can to improve just this one system within the body, usually amazing things have happened.
   
  Obviously, doing the first five Most Important Actions in The Protocol will
strengthen the respiratory system the most. However, like most systems in your body, there are substances (herbs, nutrients, etc.) that can specifically boost their function.
   
  For example, the previously mediocre Chinese National Track and Field runners proceeded to break several world records in the World Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 1993. After all the tests for anabolic steroids and like substances were completed, the tests came back negative. When pressed for an answer, the coach and team testified to using the mushroom Cordyceps along with some other tonic herbs that boosts the respiratory system.
   
  We investigated hundreds of medical documents and scientific studies to look for the most potent and beneficial natural substances to promote a healthy respiratory system with proven results. The company New Chapter, likewise was doing the same, and created the product "Breathe!".

Get some sunshine daily. Try to expose as much skin to direct sunlight for a minimum of 15 minutes daily. There is no maximum as long as it is within reason and your skin does not burn, peel, or dry out. One to two hours is ideal.
 
Sunshine is vital for Vitamin D production, helping boost your immune system, brain hormone production, as well as many other biomechanical processes. Avoiding the sun in the summer between 10am and 3pm is advisable. In extreme winter environments, at least expose your face to the sun for 30 minutes or more daily. Do your best. We understand that not everyone can do this daily, because of weather and geography.
 
   
#8 The Eighth Most Important Action
